I prioritize client-led care that is rooted in the sacred act of slowing down, building trust, and getting to the root of the problem. I don’t believe in fast-paced, extractive care that often leaves us feeling more defeated than before. I am here to offer the support, lived experience, and deep care that you deserve. This offering supports folks who are looking to deep dive. Whether you're in pain, experiencing chronic fatigue and burnout, or just fed up with dead-end visits to the doctor, menstrual cycle coaching offers a path back to balance.
Over the course of 3 months, we will work together to support your unique body in the areas of holistic pain management, nutrition, herbalism, hormone balancing, and so much more.
This package includes a detailed health history, personalized recommendations such as nutrition, lifestyle and movement practices, herbal formulas and supplements, and other somatic tools for ongoing support.
This option offers individualized support for folks interested in tuning back into their bodies.
Whether you are looking to transition off of birth control or simply want to get back in touch with your cycle, charting support can provide a deep lens into fertility, hormonal balance, and more.
We will take a 2 hr deep dive into the principles of the sympto-thermal charting method. You will be provided with paper charts, infographics with rules/info, and the opportunity for a 50% follow up call.
